About This Opportunity
TranslatedThis tender concerns a framework agreement for the procurement of unspecified products, designated as the 'Default Lot'. The estimated minimum and maximum value of the framework agreement is set between 699,281.41 RON and 1,898,826.00 RON. The awarding of subsequent contracts will be based on the actual needs of the contracting authority, with the specified minimum and maximum quantities being estimates. The framework agreement anticipates the acquisition of at least one product unit (UM) per item, with the maximum quantity detailed in the Annex to the Technical Specifications. For individual subsequent contracts, a minimum of one product unit per item listed in the Annex is expected, along with half of the maximum possible quantity. This division is based on the assumption that the maximum quantity is estimated for a 24-month period, effectively halving it for annual contract considerations. The estimated schedule for awarding these subsequent contracts is annual, contingent upon budgetary resources. Further details regarding the specific products and quantities are available in the Annex to the Technical Specifications.
