Menționăm că achiziția „Platformă mobilă cu turn de măsurare EEMS” este necesară în vederea îndeplinirii sarcinilor și activităților asumate în cadrul programului „Programul infrastructura pentru cercetarea și monitorizarea emisiilor”, componenta de program „Studierea emisiilor de metan în Europa de Est” – EEMS, contract de finanțare nr. 3/RO-CH/30.10.2025. Achiziția vizează un ansamblu unitar, în care componentele sunt interdependente funcțional și operațional, neputând fi utilizate individual în absența celorlalte. Astfel, achiziția nu se referă la elemente distincte, ci la un sistem complet, în care: Autoutilitară de tip furgon, configurată și adaptată pentru utilizare specială în cercetare, inclusiv pentru transportul și operarea echipamentelor; Turn (mast) de măsurare, montat pe autoutilitară, prevăzut cu sistem de susținere, fixare și securizare în poziția strânsă pe timpul deplasării; Amenajarea și echiparea spațiului interior al furgonului, astfel încât să permită instalarea, protecția, alimentarea și operarea în siguranță a echipamentelor științifice și a accesoriilor turnului de măsurare.
