This tender concerns the design and execution of comprehensive works for water supply and sewerage systems across five distinct sectors. The scope includes detailed technical design, encompassing all necessary documentation such as technical reports, drawings, and calculations, in compliance with national legislation and requirements for obtaining construction permits and approvals. The project is divided into five sectors, each with specific objectives. Sector 1 focuses on the Rovinari water supply system, including the technological upgrade of the Rovinari Water Treatment Plant (STAP) and the rehabilitation of a 2500 cubic meter storage reservoir. Sector 2 addresses the Vart water supply system with the construction of a chlorination station and a pumping station. Sector 3 involves the completion of the treatment process at the Turceni Water Treatment Plant (STAP). Sector 4 deals with the Rovinari agglomeration's sewerage system, requiring the rehabilitation of the treated wastewater discharge pipeline, the construction of a pumping station and discharge pipeline for high water periods, the implementation of a SCADA monitoring and control system, and associated equipment. Finally, Sector 5 targets the Turceni cluster sewerage system, involving the demolition/rehabilitation of existing structures, the construction of a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 7,000 population equivalents (l.e.), and related equipment. For all investment objectives, activities will include the supply and installation of fittings and accessories, automation and data transmission to local and regional SCADA systems, testing and commissioning, operational monitoring, and provision of assistance during the warranty period, including the remediation of any defects.
