Prestarea de servicii de transport aerian ocazional de pasageri, prin rezervarea și emiterea de bilete de avion la zboruri interne și internaționale de pasageri, conform necesităților concrete de deplasare ale personalului Serviciului de Telecomunicații Speciale în baza contractelor subsecvente acordului-cadru, care vor fi încheiate pe durata valabilității acestuia.
