Acord-cadru cu toți ofertanții ale căror oferte vor fi declarate admisibile, oferte care îndeplinesc toate cerințele stabilite prin caietul de sarcini, atribuind ulterior, prin reluarea offline a competiției între operatorii economici semnatari ai acordului-cadru, contracte subsecvente de servicii de transport intern și internațional pentru destinațiile/clasele/durata/condițiile deplasării stabilite de către autoritatea contractantă în etapa de reluare a competiției. Notă: Autoritatea contractantă face precizarea că, din cauza unor constrângeri de natură tehnică ale platformei electronice a Sistemului Electronic de Achiziții Publice, www.e-licitatie.ro, în sistem este bifată modalitatea de desfășurare „online”, în fapt reluarea competiției în vederea atribuirii contractelor/comenzilor subsecvente urmând a se desfășura offline, conform metodologiei descrise în caietul de sarcini. Posibilitatea de reluare a competiției: DA a) În urma aplicării procedurii de atribuire, ANCOM va încheia un acord-cadru de prestare a serviciilor cu toți ofertanții ale căror oferte vor fi declarate admisibile. b) Contractele subsecvente se vor atribui ulterior prin reluarea competiției între operatorii economici semnatari ai acordului-cadru conform prevederilor din Secțiunea 2: Caietul de sarcini.
