The contracting authority intends to purchase Monthly preventive, corrective, and SoC monitoring maintenance services to ensure the permanent operation of the ROeID IT system for a period of 24 months, as well as on-demand evolutionary maintenance services for software developments and for integration with new service providers. The total estimated technical expertise effort by the CA for carrying out on-demand evolutionary maintenance services is 960 man-days. Minimum value of the framework agreement: 329,000.00 lei excluding VAT Maximum value of the framework agreement to which the offer evaluation will be based (excluding the supplement to the framework agreement value): 10,350,000.00 lei excluding VAT. Maximum value of the framework agreement including potential supplements: 20,700,000.00 lei excluding VAT During the framework agreement period, it is estimated: a) Conclusion of subsequent contracts for Preventive, corrective, and SoC monitoring maintenance services in the form of a monthly subscription, as follows: - Minimum 4 subsequent service contracts, provided during the 24 months of the framework agreement. - Maximum 8 subsequent service contracts, provided during the 24 months of the framework agreement. b) Conclusion of subsequent contracts for on-demand evolutionary maintenance services for integration with new service providers requiring: - Minimum technical expertise effort of 80 man-days; - Maximum technical expertise effort of 560 man-days c) Conclusion of subsequent contracts for evolutionary maintenance and development of new functionalities on-demand services, requiring: - Minimum technical expertise effort of 10 man-days; - Maximum technical expertise effort of 400 man-days; During a subsequent contract, it is estimated: Performance of Preventive, corrective, and SoC monitoring maintenance services in the form of a monthly subscription, as follows: - minimum quantity - services provided within a subsequent contract for 1 calendar month, on a monthly subscription basis; - maximum quantity - services provided within a subsequent contract for 12 calendar months, on a monthly subscription basis; During a subsequent contract, it is estimated to perform evolutionary maintenance services, for integration with new service providers requiring: - minimum technical expertise effort of 40 man-days at the level of a subsequent contract; - maximum technical expertise effort of 240 man-days at the level of a subsequent contract; During a subsequent contract, it is estimated to perform evolutionary maintenance and development of new functionalities on-demand services, requiring: - minimum technical expertise effort of 10 man-days at the level of a subsequent contract; - maximum technical expertise effort of 200 man-days at the level of a subsequent contract.
