Description

Acordul-cadru se va incheia cu ofertantul clasat pe primul loc in urma aplicarii criteriului de atribuire. Municipiul Onesti intentioneaza incheierea unui acord-cadru pe o perioada de 12 luni calculate de la data semnarii de catre ambele parti. Se estimeaza ca acordul-cadru va contine 2 (doua) contracte subsecvente structurate ca in caietul de sarcini, pe o perioada de 6 luni fiecare. La momentul actual autoritatea contractanta estimeaza ca se vor consuma, la punctele de consum mentionate in Caietul de Sarcini, urmatoarele cantitati de energie electrica: Cantitatea minimă a ACORDULUI-CADRU este 100,00 MWh Cantitatea maximă a ACORDULUI-CADRU este 2.850,00 MWh Cantitatea minimă a celui mai mare CONTRACT-SUBSECVENT este : 100,00MWh Cantitatea maximă a celui mai mare CONTRACT SUBSECVENT este: 1.550,00 MWh Valoare minima acord-cadru 140.705,40 lei fara TVA Valoare maxima acord-cadru 4.010.103,90 lei fara TVA Valoare minima cel mai mare contract subsecvent: 140.705,40 lei fara TVA Valoare maxima cel mai mare contract subsecvent: 2.180.933,70 lei fara TVA
