In contextul rolului si atributiilor pe care le are Autoritatea Contractanta, având in vedere ca articolele de birotica, produse de papetarie si furnituri de birou sunt incluse in categoria produselor care pot fi achizitionate in sistem centralizat, Autoritatea Contractanta deruleaza aceasta procedura de atribuire în scopul semnarii unui Acord - cadru centralizat pentru articole de birotica, produse de papetarie si furnituri de birou, care va fi utilizat de Utilizatori (beneficiari directi ai produselor), în urma finalizarii procedurii de atribuire. Produsele solicitate și specificațiile tehnice ale acestora se regăsesc detaliate în Anexa 4 la Caietul de sarcini. Cantitătile minime și maxime ale întregului acord-cadru, respectiv cantitătile minime și maxime ale contractelor subsecvente precum și valorile minime și maxime estimate sunt menționate în Anexa 1 la Caietul de sarcini. Modificarea acordului-cadru/contractului de achizitie publica, în cursul perioadei sale de valabilitate, se va putea efectua în conditiile prevazute la art. 221 din Legea nr. 98/2016 si al prevederilor din cadrul Instructiunilor ANAP, în vigoare la momentul initierii modificarii.
