Valoarea estimată a achiziției pe perioada celor 36 de luni a fost calculată pornind de la un preț unitar estimat de 350 euro / zi-om pentru o cantitate maximă estimată de 576 zile-om, pentru 36 luni (16 zile-om/ lună x 36 luni) pentru serviciile de mentenanță și suport pentru infrastructura IT și 1.260 zile-om, pentru 36 luni (35 zile-om/ lună x 36 luni) pentru serviciile de mentenanță și suport pentru infrastructura hardware, la care se adaugă valoarea pieselor pentru echipamentele IT hardware ce se vor schimba în funcție de necesități, în limita a 30% din valoarea maximă estimată/an aferentă serviciilor de mentenanță și suport pentru infrastructura hardware, fiind detaliată după cum urmează: • Valoarea maximă estimată a acordului – cadru (36 luni) este de 774.900 euro fără TVA, defalcată astfel: - Servicii de mentenanță și suport pentru infrastructura IT (soluțiile informatice implementate), în sumă de 201.600 euro fără TVA, pentru o cantitate maximă de 576 zile-om (16 zile-om/lună x 36 luni), respectiv: 576 zile-om x 350 euro fără TVA / zi-om = 201.600 euro fără TVA, - Servicii de mentenanță și support pentru infrastructură hardware, în sumă de 441.000 euro fără TVA, pentru o cantitate maximă de 1.260 zile-om (35zile-om/lună x 36 luni), respectiv: 1.260 zile-om x 350 euro fără TVA / zi-om = 441.000 euro fără TVA, - Piese de schimb pentru echipamente IT hardware în cuantum de 132.300 euro fără TVA ( în limita a 30% din valoarea maximă estimată aferentă serviciilor de mentenanță și suport pentru infrastructura hardware, respectiv 441.000 euro fără TVA). • Valoarea minimă estimată a acordului – cadru (36 luni) este de 333.900 euro fără TVA, defalcată astfel: - Servicii de mentenanță și suport pentru infrastructura IT (soluțiile informatice implementate), în sumă de 100.800 euro fără TVA, pentru o cantitate maximă de 288 zile-om (8 zile-om/lună x 36 luni), respectiv: 288 zile-om x 350 euro fără TVA / zi-om = 100.800 euro fără TVA, - Servicii de mentenanță și support pentru infrastructură hardware, în sumă de 100.800 euro fără TVA, pentru o cantitate maximă de 288 zile-om (8 zile-om/lună x 36 luni), respectiv: 288 zile-om x 350 euro fără TVA / zi-om = 100.800 euro fără TVA, - Piese de schimb pentru echipamente IT hardware în cuantum de 132.300 euro fără TVA ( în limita a 30% din valoarea maximă estimată aferentă serviciilor de mentenanță și suport pentru infrastructura hardware, respectiv 441.000 euro fără TVA). • Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent (12 luni) este de 258.300 euro fără TVA, pentru o cantitate maximă de 192 zile-om (16 zile-om/lună x 12 luni) pentru serviciile de mentenanță și suport pentru infrastructura IT și 420 zile-om (35 zile-om/ lună x 12 luni) pentru serviciile de mentenanță și suport pentru infrastructura hardware, defalcată astfel: - Servicii de mentenanță și suport pentru infrastructura IT (soluțiile informatice implementate), în sumă de 67.200 euro fără TVA, pentru o cantitate maximă de 192 zile-om (16 zile-om/lună x 12 luni), respectiv: 192 zile-om x 350 euro fără TVA / zi-om = 67.200 euro fără TVA, - Servicii de mentenanță și suport pentru infrastructură hardware, în sumă de 147.000 euro fără TVA, pentru o cantitate maximă de 420 zile-om (35 zile-om/lună x 12 luni), respectiv: 420 zile-om x 350 euro fără TVA / zi-om = 147.000 euro fără TVA, - Piese de schimb pentru echipamente IT hardware în cuantum de 44.100 euro fără TVA ( în limita a 30% din valoarea maximă estimată/an aferentă serviciilor de mentenanță și suport pentru infrastructura hardware, respectiv 147.000 euro fără TVA). • Valoarea celui mai mic contract subsecvent (12 luni) este de 111.300 euro fără TVA, pentru o cantitate minimă de 96 zile-om (8 zile-om/lună x 12 luni), defalcată astfel: - Servicii de mentenanță și suport pentru infrastructura IT (soluțiile informatice implementate), în sumă de 33.600 euro fără TVA, pentru o cantitate maximă de 96 zile-om (8 zile-om/lună x 12 luni), respectiv: 96 zile-om x 350 euro fără TVA / ...
