Description

Echipamentul de serigrafiere va permite realizarea de procese tehnologice de depunere a unor straturi funcționale, inclusiv în domeniul micrometric specific tehnologiei de screen printing / serigrafiere, cu posibilitatea reglării parametrilor relevanți pentru uniformitatea și reproductibilitatea procesului, în conformitate cu cerințele aplicațiilor de cercetare-dezvoltare din domeniul microelectronicii, senzorilor și microsistemelor. Echipamentul va face parte dintr-o linie de prototipare de tip „Microfabricație maskless aditivă”, în cadrul Proiectului PNTS – „Platforma Națională de Tehnologii Semiconductoare”.
