The contract involves the purchase of electric minibuses within the project: “Modernization of public transport through the acquisition of non-polluting transport means – electric minibuses”, financed through PNRR/2022/C10 I1.1, Financing contract no. 135233/28.11.2022. The object of the procurement contract to be concluded with the winning bidder is the purchase of two non-polluting (zero-emission) minibuses, fully electric, with a capacity of at least 30 seats, of which at least 17 seats are for passengers + 1 driver's seat (the price of which will include one slow/standard charging station each, according to the specific guide for PNRR/2022/C10) for them, as well as the accessory services to be provided during the warranty period for these goods, within the project: “Modernization of public transport through the acquisition of non-polluting transport means – electric minibuses”. The electric minibuses will be manufactured in accordance with the current standardization documents, with national and international regulations regarding the technical conditions that road vehicles must meet to be able to circulate on public roads in Romania. The technical specification indicates the standards to be respected, as well as certain restrictive limits for dimensions and construction characteristics requested by the beneficiary. The purchased minibuses must be new, for first use. "Second-hand" or "refurbished" type minibuses are not accepted. The declared winning bidder will deliver, along with the non-polluting minibuses, the charging stations, which they will install and put into operation. The supplier is responsible for the compatibility of the charging stations offered and delivered with the electric minibuses. The contract duration is 12 months and the defect notification period is 36 months. The estimated value is RON 2,461,350.00 excluding VAT, according to the Financing Contract. Number of days until clarifications can be requested before the offer submission deadline: 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests 14 days before the offer submission deadline.
