Supply, installation/assembly and commissioning services, software development, for the project Video surveillance system, Wi-fi system extension in public spaces, Digital public services platform, in Tunari commune.The subject of the contract is the implementation of a complex video surveillance system for monitoring intersections and the main socio-administrative buildings within the Tunari Commune, Ilfov County by installing 89 IP video cameras, concentrated in 58 points, with each location being assigned a video camera depending on the terrain and building configuration. The placement of these cameras was chosen based on the objectives in the area and the visibility of the respective point. Thus, the cameras will be placed mainly at intersections, in recreational areas, near schools, monuments, churches, commercial spaces, restaurants and bars, public institutions. These surveillance cameras will reveal more information about road traffic and citizens' lifestyles. Along with the implementation of the video surveillance system, the Wi-Fi system will also be extended by installing wireless access points in public spaces such as parks, squares, administrations, medical centers, etc. This will provide citizens and visitors with free, high-quality internet access, as well as access to public interest information that will be transmitted on a specialized portal. Wi-Fi access points will be installed at 27 points, common with video surveillance points. These receive data transmitted via the fiber optic network provided for transporting data from the video cameras to the command center, located at the Commune Hall. There will be a concentration point for the circuits, which will be connected to a switch. The switch will have an uplink port to a router with Internet/Metronet access. For the Free Wi-Fi system, it will also start from the local command center and will be deployed in at least 5 points of public interest where 27 access points will be installed. The system can be upgraded as needed. The electronic archiving and internal document management platform for the institution will bring the following benefits: - Allows storage in electronic format and management of all significant electronic documents for the institution; - Ensures document traceability and versioning of the institution's documents; - Allows user control, so that work compartmentalization is as efficient as possible; - Allows centralized storage of all significant electronic documents for the institution; - Allows unified backup for all institution's documents; - Allows modeling, control and monitoring of document workflows within the institution; Value without VAT 1,633,906.38 Currency Lei Chapter 4: Basic investment expenses – 1,594,055 lei 4.1.
