The contracting authority intends to purchase monthly SEAP software support, technical assistance and preventive and corrective maintenance services for a period of 48 months and SEAP software evolutionary maintenance services (SEAP software development services) in the amount of 80,000 man-hours over the 48-month duration of the framework agreement. Over the 48-month duration of the framework agreement, it is estimated that a minimum of 10 subsequent contracts and a maximum of 24 subsequent contracts will be concluded. During the framework agreement, subsequent contracts are expected to be concluded with the following subject matter: 1. SEAP monthly support, technical assistance, preventive and corrective maintenance services, in the form of a monthly subscription, provided on a calendar month basis, which can be provided as follows: THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT, it is estimated - minimum quantity – services provided for a minimum of 1 calendar month, on a monthly subscription basis; - maximum quantity – services provided for a maximum of 48 calendar months, on a monthly subscription basis. DURING A SUBSEQUENT CONTRACT, it is estimated that monthly preventive and corrective maintenance services will be provided, in the form of a monthly subscription equivalent to one calendar month - minimum quantity – SEAP support, technical assistance, preventive and corrective maintenance services provided within a subsequent contract for a minimum of 1 calendar month, on a monthly subscription basis; - maximum quantity – SEAP support, technical assistance, preventive and corrective maintenance services provided within a subsequent contract for a maximum of 12 calendar months, on a monthly subscription basis. 2. Evolutionary maintenance services, on demand, which can be provided as follows: THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT, it is estimated that subsequent contracts will be concluded for evolutionary maintenance services, on demand, for software developments that require: - a minimum technical effort of 1,000 man-hours; - a maximum technical effort of 80,000 man-hours. DURING A SUBSEQUENT CONTRACT, it is estimated that evolutionary maintenance services will be provided, on demand, for software developments that require: - a minimum technical effort of 1,000 man-hours at the level of a subsequent contract; - a maximum technical effort of 40,000 man-hours at the level of a subsequent contract;
