Procurement of spaces for the publication/dissemination of public communication materials regarding the activity of the Mureș County Council, respectively of the convocation orders for ordinary and extraordinary meetings of the county council, general interest decisions adopted by the county council, announcements and articles for public information regarding financing programs, projects financed from European and national funds, county council strategies, creation, production and dissemination of programs (debate, talk show, round table, interview, reportage, information campaign), announcements, press releases, audio-video information spots and other materials of public interest to ensure the transparency of the activity of the Mureș County Council, in print, online and audiovisual media, will be carried out in: • Print media - 1 local daily newspaper in Romanian, - 1 local daily newspaper in Hungarian, - 1 national daily newspaper in Romanian. • Online media - 4 news portals in Romanian, - 4 news portals in Hungarian. • Television - 2 television stations in Romanian, - 2 television stations in Hungarian. • Radio - 1 radio station in Romanian, - 1 radio station in Hungarian. The minimum and maximum quantities that could be requested during the entire Framework Agreement: 1. Spaces for publishing public communication materials in a local daily newspaper in Romanian - minimum: 25,000 cm²; - maximum: 50,000 cm². 2. Spaces for publishing public communication materials in a local daily newspaper in Hungarian - minimum: 25,000 cm²; - maximum: 50,000 cm². 3. Spaces for publishing public communication materials in a national daily newspaper in Romanian - minimum: 4,000 cm²; - maximum: 8,000 cm². 4. Spaces for publishing public communication materials in four news portals in Romanian - minimum: 300 articles; - maximum: 600 articles. 5. Spaces for publishing public communication materials in four news portals in Hungarian - minimum: 300 articles; - maximum: 600 articles. 6. Spaces for disseminating public communication materials on two television stations in Romanian - minimum: 2,500 minutes; - maximum: 5,000 minutes. 7. Spaces for disseminating public communication materials on two television stations in Hungarian - minimum: 2,500 minutes; - maximum: 5,000 minutes. 8. Spaces for disseminating public communication materials on one radio station in Romanian - minimum: 1,000 minutes; - maximum: 2,000 minutes. 9. Spaces for disseminating public communication materials on one radio station in Hungarian - minimum: 1,000 minutes; - maximum: 2,000 minutes. The quantities that could be the subject of the largest subsequent contract, during the framework agreement: Spaces for disseminating public communication materials on two television stations in Romanian and on two television stations in Hungarian: 10,000 minutes The value of the largest subsequent contract: 325,000 lei without VAT. The quantities that could be the subject of the smallest subsequent contract, from those to be concluded during the framework agreement: Spaces for publishing public communication materials in a local daily newspaper in Romanian, a local daily newspaper in Hungarian, and a national daily newspaper in Romanian: 108,000 cm² The value of the smallest subsequent contract: 118,800 lei without VAT. The value of the largest subsequent contract: 325,000 lei without VAT. Based on the Framework Agreement, which will have a duration of 18 months, subsequent contracts will be concluded for each public communication activity separately, for different periods, as follows: print media within 6 months, online media within 6 months, television within 9 months, radio within 9 months.
