PROIECTARE SI EXECUȚIE LUCRĂRI: „Drum TransRegio Feleac TR 35 – Etapa I Centura Metropolitană TR 35 și Drumuri de Legătură – Faza I Centura Metropolitană TR 35 şi Drumuri de legătură, Lot 3: drumul TR35 între km 19+600 și km 24+365, incluzând Nodul 8-(Basarabiei), Nodul 9 (Frunzișului), cu tunelurile 1+2+3 și drumul de legătură DL B8 (Tr 35 Nod 9 – Strada Frunzișului din Municipiul Cluj-Napoca)” conform documentatie tehnica atasata; In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificările si completările ulterioare, autoritatea stabileste termen de raspuns la clarificari: orice operator economic interesat de participarea la procedura de achizitie publica are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informaţii suplimentare in legătură cu Documentaţia de atribuire este cu 20 de zile anterior termenului limita depunere oferte- la care se va raspunde cu 11 zile anterior termenului limita de depunere oferte - În valoarea estimata au fost incluse sume provizionate aferente Rezervelor de implementare astfel cum acestea sunt definite în clauzele generale aprobate prin HG nr. 1/2018, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, respectiv art.13 din Instrucțiunea ANAP nr. 1/2021 și nu valoarea cheltuielilor ‘diverse și neprevăzute’. Durata contractulu 48 luni de la pct. II.2.7 se refera la proiectare 17 luni si 31 luni executie
