Contractul are ca scop: Proiectare, asistență tehnică și execuție de lucrări în cadrul proiectului ”Inființare structură de sprijin a afacerilor în Județul Sălaj, detaliat in urmatoarele etape: Etapa 1 – Elaborare documentatii tehnice (PAC+POE, documentatii pt obtinere /actualizare avize, acorduri si obtinere AC; Etapa 2 - Proiect tehnic de execuţie + detaliile de execuţie; Etapa 3 - Asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului; Etapa 4 - Execuția lucrărilor proiectate. Valoarea totală estimată a achiziţiei: 28.517.701,00 lei fără TVA, din care:  Proiectare + asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului – 720.000,00 lei fără TVA din care : • Proiectarea – 520.000,00 lei, fără TVA; • Asistenţă tehnică din partea proiectantului - 200.000,00 lei, fără TVA  Execuție lucrări –27.797.701,00 lei fără TVA, din care: • lucrări de construcții-montaj (C+M): 22.782.201,00 lei fără TVA; • Utilaje, echipamente tehnologice si functionale care necesita montaj:4.915.500 lei fără TVA; • Cheltuieli conexe organizării de șantier: 100.000,00 lei, fără TVA; Durata contractului este de maxim 24 luni de la data semnării, dupa cum urmeaza: Etapa I – Elaborare documentatii tehnice (PAC+POE, documentatii pt obtinere /actualizare avize, acorduri si obtinere AC) – 4 luni de la data semnării contractului; Etapa a II-a - Proiect tehnic de execuţie + detaliile de execuţie - 1 lună de la data precizată în Ordinul de începere emis de către Autoritatea Contractantă pentru această etapă; Etapa a III-a - Asistenţă tehnică din partea proiectantului – 6 + 1 luni de la data precizată în ordinul de începere a serviciilor pentru această etapă – pe perioada execuției lucrărilor și o lună după finalizarea acestora pentru elaborarea documentelor necesare recepției la terminarea lucrărilor; Etapa IV - Execuţia lucrărilor proiectate – 6 luni si vor începe în baza Ordinului de începere emis de Autoritatea Contractantă.
