Încheierea unui acord-cadru de furnizare, cu un singur operator economic, în vederea achiziţionării produsului ,,Upgrade soluție de management a update-urilor pentru echipamentele din rețea”. Cantitatea minimă estimată a acordului-cadru: 250 licențe. Cantitatea maximă estimată a acordului-cadru: 5.000 licențe. Cantitățile estimate ale celui mai mare contract subsecvent ce urmează a fi încheiat: cantitatea minimă licență; cantitatea maximă 1.750 licențe. Valoarea estimată a celui mai mare contract subsecvent care se estimează că va fi încheiat: 644.875,00 lei fără TVA.
