Framework agreement for the purchase of PE-HD pipes, fittings and pipe connection elements, according to the technical specifications. The minimum and maximum quantities established by the contracting entity for the requested products are those specified in the technical specifications and represent estimates of quantities that could be requested during the entire framework agreement and not the exact quantities purchased, the latter being able to be smaller, equal or larger, compared to the estimated ones, depending on the needs of the contracting entity. In case the value/quantity for the requested products needs to be increased during the execution of the framework agreement, the modification will be made in accordance with art. 235 and following of Law no. 99/2016, respecting the unit prices. The dates proposed in the estimated schedule represent the intention of the contracting authority/entity, not a firm commitment from the contracting entity regarding the award of subsequent contracts, starting from the working assumption that no unforeseeable events/circumstances that could not be taken into account at the time of initiating the award procedure will occur, respectively the necessary financial resources will also be ensured.
