The operator will ensure: a) compliance with legislation, standards, prescriptions, and regulations regarding occupational safety and health, emergency situations, water management, environmental protection, monitoring the long-term behavior of structures, as well as compliance with all its obligations under the law, the service regulations, and those assumed through the management delegation contract; b) operation, maintenance, and repair of installations and equipment by authorized personnel, depending on the complexity of the installation and the specifics of the workplace; c) development of annual revision and repair plans carried out by own forces and by third parties; d) keeping records of operating hours of service vehicles, installations, and equipment; e) providing the necessary personnel for the performance of activities assumed by the delegation contract; f) own equipment with specific installations and equipment necessary for performing activities under the conditions established by the contract; g) providing the UAT Arad Municipality, the National Regulatory Authority for Public Utility Services, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Environmental Guard, the Environmental Protection Fund Administration, with all requested information and access to documentation and individual acts based on which the concessioned sanitation activity is carried out, under the conditions of the law; h) application of performance management methods that lead to the reduction of operating costs, including through the application of procedures...
