The services that constitute the object of the contract are cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation services at the building of the Faculty of Medical Bioengineering of the "Grigore T. Popa" University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Iaşi. Daily cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation: - Cleaning and washing of floors – manual (all surfaces) and mandatory mechanized (tiled surfaces in corridors); - Cleaning and washing of interior and exterior stairs (as needed); - Cleaning and washing of balconies (as needed); - Collection and evacuation of waste from the building to designated areas; - Replacement of bin liners in waste bins; - Washing and disinfection of sanitary facilities (cubicles, toilets, sinks, mirrors, windowsills); - Cleaning of interior doors with glass (as needed); - Ventilation of spaces; - Emptying and cleaning of ashtrays in smoking areas (exterior); - Daily maintenance and sanitation of all spaces (as needed). - Checking and refilling with consumable hygiene materials provided by the beneficiary. Weekly cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation: - Vacuuming carpets; - Removal of limescale deposits and deodorization of sanitary fixtures in sanitary facilities (toilets, sinks); - Dust removal from furniture, notice boards, fire extinguishers, hydrants, skirting boards, as well as wiping furniture with furniture cleaning agents; - Cleaning of interior window sills; - Cleaning of doors at the building entrances (interior and exterior); - Cleaning and washing of stair railings, including handrails; - Cleaning of elevators; - Cleaning of exterior spaces adjacent to the building and the inner courtyard (as needed). Monthly cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation: - Cleaning and washing of wooden doors and paneling; - Cleaning of office equipment; - Wiping or vacuuming dust from walls; - Washing walls (if applicable); - Cleaning of annex rooms (as needed); - Wiping of glazed surfaces; - Mechanized washing of floors in sanitary facilities once every two months. General cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation: - Washing and disinfection of floors; - Washing walls; - Vacuuming and washing carpets; - Cleaning of accidental stains on floors; - Washing of stairs and railings; - Wiping of glazed surfaces; - Interior washing of windows on upper floors; - Exterior washing of ground floor windows; - Cleaning of interior and exterior window sills; - Washing of doors and paneling; - Vacuuming of window blinds; - Wiping of light fixtures; - Cleaning of radiators; - Removal of cobwebs; - Treatment of wood and glass surfaces with protective solutions; - Cleaning of upholstered chairs; - Cleaning of office equipment; - Wiping and washing of furniture; - Emptying of waste bins and replacement of bin liners; - Ventilation and deodorization of rooms; - Washing, disinfection, and deodorization of sanitary facilities; - Cleaning of elevators with professional stainless steel solution (interior and exterior); - Washing of interior waste bins; - Emptying and cleaning of ashtrays in smoking areas (exterior); - Cleaning of exterior spaces adjacent to the building and the inner courtyard; - Cleaning of the exterior illuminated sign once a year; - Mechanized washing of floors in teaching spaces, offices, and annex spaces once a year.
