The minimum and maximum estimated values of the framework agreement are: - minimum value of the framework agreement: 6,767,087 lei excluding VAT - maximum value of the framework agreement: 24,511,465 lei excluding VAT • The minimum and maximum estimated values of a subsequent contract (firm orders) are: - minimum value of a subsequent contract (firm orders): 50 euros excluding VAT - maximum value of a subsequent contract (firm orders): 11,000 euros excluding VAT • The minimum and maximum estimated quantities at the framework agreement level and at the subsequent contract level (firm order) are: - The minimum estimated quantity for the framework agreement is 25 tickets on international routes and 37 tickets on domestic routes, (representing 62 flight tickets) per month, respectively 1200 flight tickets for international routes and 1800 tickets for domestic routes (representing 3000 flight tickets) for the duration of the Framework Agreement. - The maximum estimated quantity for a month is 96 tickets for international routes and 144 tickets for domestic routes, (representing 244 flight tickets), respectively 4,600 flight tickets for international routes and 6,900 flight tickets for domestic routes (representing a total of 11,500 flight tickets for the entire duration of the Framework Agreement. - The minimum estimated quantity for a subsequent contract (firm orders) is 1 flight ticket. - The maximum estimated quantity for a subsequent contract (firm orders) is 20 flight tickets.
