Services for the development of technical-economic documentation for increasing the energy efficiency of 215 residential buildings in Sector 6 of the Municipality of Bucharest, of which: 158 buildings - updating documentation with an estimated total area of 790,000 sqm and 57 buildings - preparing new documentation with an estimated total area of 285,000 sqm.  Maximum estimated quantity of the framework agreement – total estimated usable building area: 1,075,000 sqm – 215 properties  Minimum estimated quantity of the framework agreement – total estimated usable building area: 50,000 sqm - 10 properties  Smallest subsequent contract: 10 properties with a total usable building area of approximately 50,000 sqm  Largest subsequent contract: 50 properties with a total usable building area of approximately 250,000 sqm  Maximum estimated value of the framework agreement: 13,600,000.00 RON excluding VAT  Minimum estimated value of the framework agreement: 500,000 RON excluding VAT  Value of the smallest subsequent contract: 500,000 RON excluding VAT  Value of the largest subsequent contract: 5,000,000 RON excluding VAT Frequency of awarding subsequent contracts, in case of using the framework agreement: It is estimated that approx. 3 subsequent contracts will be concluded annually, the contracting authority reserving the right to change the number of subsequent contracts depending on the allocated budget, and according to needs, in compliance with legal provisions.
