Numar de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor 18, entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor conform art. 173 din Legea nr. 99/2016 modificata si completata prin OUG nr. 107/2017, OUG nr. 45/2018 si OUG nr. 114/2020.
