Description

Contractul prevede executia lucrarilor in conformitate cu Proiectul Tehnic nr. 15/2025 elaborat de proiectantul CONSTRUCT CDP SRL Cluj-Napoca. Conținutul Proiectului tehnic este prezentat în Anexa 1 la prezentul Caiet de Sarcini. Propunerea tehnică elaborată de ofertant va respecta în totalitate cerințele prevăzute în Proiectul Tehnnic si in caietul de sarcini. Propunerea tehnică trebuie să reflecte asumarea de către ofertant a tuturor cerințelor/obligațiilor prevazute în Proiectul tehnic si in caietul de sarcini. Strazile si drumul comunal DC154 ce fac obiectul lucarilor proiectate sunt situate in judetul Cluj, Comuna Apahida, in localitatile Campenesti si Apahida, imobilul teren fiind situat în intravilan, în afara perimetrului de protectie fata de obiective cu valoare de patrimoniu si apartine domeniului public administrat de UAT Comuna Apahida. Categoria de folosință a terenului: căi de comunicație rutieră si pietonală; Destinația stabilită prin planurile de urbanism și de amenajare a teritoriului aprobate: conform PUG Ccr – Zona căi de comunicație rutieră și pietonală. Contractul prevede executia lucrarilor in conformitate cu Proiectul Tehnic nr. 15/2025 elaborat de proiectantul CONSTRUCT CDP SRL Cluj-Napoca. Amplasamentul pe care urmeaza a fi realizata investitia se află in judetul Cluj, pe teritoriul comunei Apahida, in localitatile Campenesti si Apahida. Lungimea totala a Drumului comunal DC154 si a strazilor care urmeaza a fi modernizate este de 6503.00 m
