Scopul principal al contractului este prestarea serviciilor privind asigurarea securității, integrității și siguranței obiectivelor și bunurilor STT Constanța și împotriva oricăror acțiuni ilicite care lezează deptul de proprietate, existența materială a acestora, precum și a protejării persoanelor împotriva oricăror acte ostile care le pot periclita viața, integritatea fizică sau sănătatea în vederea desfășurării în bune condiții a activității STT Constanța, în conformitate cu cerințele din caietul de sarcini pus la dispoziție de entitatea contractantă. Serviciile specializate de pază se efectuează în baza Legii nr. 333/2003 privind paza obiectivelor, bunurilor, valorilor și protecția persoanelor, republicată, cu modificările și completările ulterioare. Serviciile specializate de pază, monitorizare și intervenție pentru obiectivele STT Constanța, pentru o perioadă de 36 luni, cuprinde următoarele servicii: - Servicii de pază; - Servicii de monitorizare și intervenție; - Servicii de pază în situații deosebite survenite la LEA (stații). Până la data de 05.04.2026 ora 08:00 se află în derulare la STT Constanța un contract pentru prestarea serviciilor specializate de pază, monitorizare şi intervenţie.
