Original language: roObiectivele preconizate a fi atinse sunt urmatoarele: REZULTATE AȘTEPTATE Rezultatele așteptate a fi atinse de către Antreprenor sunt proiectarea, executarea și finalizarea lucrărilor în conformitate cu documentația SF și expertiza tehnică publicată, în termenul convenit prin graficul de execuție si contract. Detalii cu privire la executarea lucrărilor necesare realizării obiectivului de investiții, se regăsesc în SF. Valoare estimata de 230.881.938,31 lei fără T.V.A.: - valoarea estimată C+M 168.603.141,58 lei fără T.V.A. din care 2.719.167,63 lei fără T.V.A. - Lucrări de construcții și instalații aferente organizării de șantier; - valoare estimată pentru dotări – 47.569.575,00 lei fără T.V.A. - valoarea estimată pentru Utilaje, echipamente tehnologice și funcționale care necesită montaj – 9.070.532,60 lei fără T.V.A. - valoarea estimată pentru serviciile de proiectare – 3.971.788,20 lei fără T.V.A.; - valoarea estimată pentru serviciile de asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului – 652.600,24 lei fără T.V.A. - Valoarea estimate pentru Studii de teren - 478.450,17 lei fără TVA; - Valoarea estimate pentru Alte studii specifice – 435.066,82 lei fără TVA; - valoarea estimată pentru probe tehnologice, teste și predare la beneficiar – 100.783,70 lei fără T.V.A. Valoarea estimată a contractului ce urmează a fi atribuit nu cuprinde suma aferentă cheltuielilor diverse și neprevăzute, respectiv 15.005.679,60 lei fără TVA, precizată în bugetul proiectului (devizul general), acestea putând fi accesate, după caz, în funcție de necesități, prin modificarea contractului în condițiile prevăzute la art. 221 din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice, cumodificările și completările ulterioare. În valoarea contractului nu sunt incluse sume provizionate.
