In cadrul contractului se vor presta urmatoarele servicii si se vor elabora urmatoarele documente, pentru fiecare obiectiv în parte: - Elaborare Studii de Fezabilitate pentru obiectivele: Pod DN 21 km 20+130, judetul Braila; Pod DN 21 km 43+500, judetul Braila; Pod DN 21 km 56+670, judetul Braila; Pod DN 21 km 61+400, judetul Braila; Pod DN 21 km 61+900, judetul Braila; Pod DN 2L km 24+500, judetul Vrancea, ținând cont de aplicabilitatea în totalitate a legislației în vigoare (norme, normative, standarde, legi, etc.). In conformitate cu prevederile art. 221 din Legea 98/2016, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, si cu respectarea articolului 20 din Contractul de servicii, eventualele modificari care pot interveni in perioada de derulare a contractului se refera la urmatoarele, fara a se limita la acestea: 1. modificari ale partilor contractante, in conditiile prevazute la art. 221 alin. (1) lit. d), punctul (ii); 2. schimbări/ modificări legislative/ normative/ STAS-uri/ norme/ ordine/ instrucțiuni/etc; 3. solicitări ale Autorităților/ Entităților/ Institutiilor ce eliberează avize/ acorduri/ autorizații/ permise sau de alte entități care au atribuțiuni în legătură cu proiectul (MTIC, MFE, Instituții Centrale și/sau Locale, ARR, Beneficiar, MAI, SRI, Verificatori Atestați, etc.); 4. prelungirea termenelor de predare a rapoartelor/livrabilelor (documentelor/documentației); 5. înlocuirea personalului nominalizat de Prestator pentru îndeplinirea contractului; 6. prelungirea duratei contractului 7. înlocuirea/introducerea subcontractanților; Modificarile vor fi realizate ulterior semnarii contractului, in conformitate cu prevederile contractuale, numai in conditiile in care acestea nu reprezinta modificari substantiale in sensul prevederilor art. 221 alin. (7) din Legea nr. 98/2016. Prelungirea Duratei contractului se poate realiza in conformitate cu prevederile articolului 20 din Contractul de servicii. Mai multe informatii se regasesc in Contract.
