Acest obiectiv urmărește asigurarea infrastructurii necesare pentru buna funcționare a acestui centru pilot, facilitând testarea și implementarea eficientă a noilor procese/servicii, tehnologii și soluții în cadrul noii structuri orgaziționale. Centrul-pilot pentru asigurarea întreținerii regulate a clădirilor istorice vizează crearea unui ecosistem de inovare în domeniul protejării monumentelor istorice prin prevenirea deteriorării și prelungirea vieții fondului construit.
