Pentru încasarea creanțelor fiscale cuvenite bugetului local prin sisteme electronice de plată, de la persoane fizice, persoane fizice autorizate și persoane juridice, cu numerar sau card bancar prin intermediul terminalelor de plată de tip self-service este necesară achiziția unor servicii de colectare plăți prin intermediul terminalelor de plată neasistate, precum și servicii de închiriere terminale de plată neasistate. ) Valoarea totală estimată a acordului – cadru este de: 4.100.600 lei fără TVA, din care 2.704.700 lei fără TVA pentru plăți comisioane (valoare estimată pentru tranzacții în valoare de 159.100.000 lei fără TVA) +1.395.900 lei fără TVA pentru închiriere terminale de plată neasistate (valoare estimată pentru un nr. maxim de 45 terminale de plată neasistate cu diverse configurații, conform caietului de sarcini). Contractele subsecvente se vor încheia lunar, autoritatea contractantă rezervându-și dreptul de a încheia contracte subsecvente ori de câte ori este nevoie, condiționat de existența fondurilor bugetare. Numărul și tipul de terminale de plată neasistate vor fi stabilite de autoritatea contractantă pe parcursul derulării acordului cadru în funcție de necesități.
