This tender seeks comprehensive maintenance services for the OPV 6610 maritime surveillance vessel, encompassing both preventive and corrective actions for various subsystems and equipment. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, overhauls of the main engines (2xMTU 16V4000 M73), reverse reduction gears (2xREDUCTOR INVERSOR REINJETS LAF 873), and main generator sets (3xLEROY SOMER with MAN D2866 LXE diesel engines). Additionally, the tender covers maintenance of the controllable pitch propeller system (2xWartsila CP Proppeller 4D650), dry-docking operations, hull maintenance including sandblasting, cleaning, and painting of the underwater and above-water sections, rudder stock, and the waterline transition zone. The services also involve the fabrication and replacement of anodes, application of waterline markings, draft scales, vessel name, and hull numbers. Furthermore, the scope includes thickness measurements of hull plates in the underwater section with replacement of non-compliant plates, maintenance of the vessel's cooling system, verification of shaft lines, and technical overhauls of the controllable pitch propeller (Φ 2150, 4 blades) and the bow thruster propeller (Φ 990, 4 blades). The tender also specifies technical maintenance for the MME ICCP AKB v2 anti-corrosion system and the MME MAGIC Marine anti-fouling system. Other key areas include maintenance of the Quantum-type ship stabilization hydraulic system, fuel system maintenance and tank cleaning, inspection and repair of the ballast and freshwater systems, maintenance of the rudders (S = 0.98 sqm, 2 sets), external and internal fire-fighting systems, anchor handling and mooring systems, general drainage systems, and black water tanks.
