Description

Obiectul principal al acordului-cadru constă în furnizarea de produse, anume carburanți auto (motorină și benzină) pe bază de carduri, la stațiile de distribuție în care se acceptă cardurile furnizorului (proprii, operate sub marca sa sau partenere), în vederea asigurării necesarului de combustibil pentru autovehiculele și utilajele utilizate în îndeplinirea obiectivului principal al autorității contractante. Acord-cadru cu un singur operator economic, fără reluarea competiției, cu durata de 24 de luni sau până la epuizarea cantităților maxime; se vor încheia minimum 1 și maximum 12 contracte subsecvente în fiecare an, cu durata de 1 – 12 luni fiecare, în limita anului bugetar. Cantități minime estimate ale acordului-cadru: 435.400 litri (motorină 409.500 l, benzină 25.900 l). Cantități maxime estimate ale acordului-cadru: 819.100 litri (motorină 766.100 l, benzină 53.000 l). Cantități estimate aferente celui mai mic contract subsecvent: 31.000 litri (motorină 29.200 l, benzină 1.800 l). Cantități estimate aferente celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 678.700 litri (motorină 634.800 l, benzină 43.900 l). Număr de carduri: minimum 100 de bucăți la începutul derulării acordului-cadru. Pe durata acordului-cadru, autoritatea contractantă poate solicita emiterea de carduri suplimentare, inclusiv pentru autovehiculele și utilajele nou intrate în parcul propriu, fără costuri suplimentare de emitere, personalizare sau livrare.
