It is proposed to acquire integrated printing-copying-scanning services. The total estimated value of the procurement is 10,224,000.00 lei excluding VAT, according to the Estimated Value Note attached to this document. For the framework agreement: The lowest subsequent contract – 1,410,000 pages – 213,000.00 lei excluding VAT; The highest subsequent contract – 16,920,000 pages – 2,556,000.00 lei excluding VAT; Minimum framework agreement quantity – 18,330,000 pages – 2,769,000.00 lei excluding VAT; Maximum framework agreement quantity – 67,680,000 pages – 10,224,000.00 lei excluding VAT; Subsequent contracts will be concluded based on the concrete needs of the Contracting Authority and the budgetary funds approved/allocated for this purpose, throughout the validity period of the framework agreement, i.e., 48 months. The estimated duration of the highest subsequent contract is 12 months, and the estimated duration of the lowest subsequent contract is 1 month. The estimated frequency of concluding subsequent contracts is a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 12 subsequent contracts per year, depending on the operational needs of the Contracting Authority and the annually approved budgetary funds. Throughout the duration of the framework agreement, a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 48 subsequent contracts are estimated to be concluded. The actual number, value, and duration of subsequent contracts may vary depending on the actual needs of the Contracting Authority and the available budgetary funds, without exceeding the estimated value and quantitative limits of the framework agreement. Estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities that could be requested during the entire framework agreement, as well as the minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the framework agreement, are attached to the award documentation.
