The subject of the procurement consists of the acquisition of motor fuels based on cards (diesel and unleaded gasoline) for the vehicles managed by the contracting authority. Minimum quantity – estimated maximum quantity/framework agreement: Unleaded gasoline 428,280 (minimum) - 856,560 (maximum), Diesel 591,960 (minimum) - 1,183,920 (maximum). Minimum quantity - estimated maximum quantity/subsequent contract: Unleaded gasoline 17,845 (minimum) - 214,140 (maximum), Diesel 24,665 (minimum) - 295,980 (maximum). Modification of the framework agreement/public procurement contract, during its validity period, is made under the conditions provided for in art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016 and the provisions of ANAP Instruction no. 1/2021. Given that the award documentation contains a minimum set of specific information regarding estimates of minimum and maximum quantities that may be requested during the entire framework agreement, as well as estimates of minimum and maximum quantities that may be the subject of a single subsequent contract among those to be awarded during the framework agreement, we emphasize that these minimum and maximum quantities that the contracting authority initially establishes in the award documentation and subsequently in the framework agreement represent estimates of quantities that may be requested during the entire framework agreement and not the exact quantities that will be purchased, the latter being able to be smaller, equal to or larger than the estimated ones, depending on the actual needs of the contracting authority. The Promising Buyer reserves the right/option to supplement the estimated quantity at the level of the award documentation by up to a maximum of 50% of the maximum estimated quantity for the framework agreement. The unit price of the products that will be additionally purchased based on the revision clause will be that from the financial proposal that forms the basis of the framework agreement (adjusted as appropriate according to the adjustment formula), the period of time during which this option can be used by the Promising Buyer: for the entire duration of the validity of the framework agreement/subsequent contract.
