Default lot

The Authority for the Digitalization of Romania, as the contracting authority, wishes to conclude a framework agreement with a minimum of one and a maximum of ten economic operators to provide domestic and international air passenger transport services, for a period of 24 months. This service is necessary to ensure air transport services for dignitaries/delegations/personnel of the Authority for the Digitalization of Romania participating in events, meetings, fairs, exhibitions, and other activities within ADR's area of competence. Subsequent contracts will be awarded by re-competition among the economic operators signatories of the framework agreement, according to art. 110 of Government Decision no. 395/2016, and the element that will be subject to re-competition will be the price for the requested air transport services, for the destinations specified in the technical specifications and possibly new ones, depending on the need. The re-competition will be conducted offline. Deadlines for submission/response to requests for clarifications/additional information: A. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is a maximum of 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers. B. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers. If these deadlines fall on non-working days, the contracting authority will respond on the last working day before the respective deadline.
