Lucrări de construcții și utilaje și echipamente cu montaj în cadrul proiectului: „Reconversie zona urbană degradată a fostei Garnizoane Vaslui în spațiu verde și de agrement” SMIS 350020 Lucrările de baza în cadrul proiectului „Reconversie zona urbană degradată a fostei Garnizoane Vaslui în spațiu verde și de agrement” vor cuprinde: - Pregatirea terenului (defrișări, înlaturare arbori uscați/vegetație spontană, evacuare materiale, pregatire și modelare teren, etc.); - Arhitectură (construcții alei pietonale și auto pentru mentenanță, cladire administrativă, grădini tematice, grupuri sanitare, amfiteatru, cascadă , spațiu de joacă pentru copii, sere, dotari cu mobilier urban); - Spații verzi (plantări de arbori, arbuști, plante floricole perene, gazonări); - Instalații (apă-canal, electricitate, cu scopul asigurării iluminatului de incintă, apă pentru scopuri tehnologice/udare, instalații de supraveghere video, rețea wireless, gaz - CT zona administrativă, irigații etc.) Executarea lucrărilor se va face în conformitate cu Proiectul tehnic si cu detaliile de execuție, proiect nr. 27/2025, proiectant SC PAUL CONSULTING SSM-SU SRL, proiect ce este publicat în SEAP în cadrul documentației de atribuire. Termenul limita pentru care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare va fi de 12 zile inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 20 zile.
