The acquisition refers to execution works for the investment "construction of a P+2E parking lot for Long Term Parking P5". Through the execution of the contract, the following are envisaged: the execution of works at the end of which a multi-level above-ground parking lot with 795 spaces will be built, on the land located in the area of Henri Coanda International Airport, to improve long-term parking conditions, supplement parking spaces and decongest traffic. The related functions of the parking lot are technical for utilities. On the ground floor, technical spaces, a security room and a sanitary unit serving this room will be provided. Both the existing constructions on the land C1-C7 with a total ground floor built area of 535.00 m² and the road/pedestrian access system to the Tarom Training Center building will be preserved. The construction of the parking lot is arranged so that land occupation is as efficient as possible and will take place on 4 usable levels: ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor, and the walkable terrace. The parking lot will be organized as judiciously as possible, so as to obtain the maximum possible number of parking spaces. Access to this parking lot will be easily achieved through the internal road network within Henri Coanda Airport, the land being in the proximity of the South roundabout. Bidders will fully comply with the technical project made available as part of the tender documentation. Bidders will consider, among others, the following: - to reduce the execution time of the works, the contracting entity may request that the execution of certain categories of works be carried out on a 24-hour basis. The contractor must consider a work schedule including at night and on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. - attacking the works without fencing the construction site is not permitted. The contractor is obliged to provide barriers and signals around the routes and open excavations, to build temporary bridges where necessary. - the resulting waste will be collected under supervision from the work front, will be temporarily transported to the collection points within the construction site. - lighting will be provided within the construction site. Improvisations for connection to improvised lighting installations are not allowed. Contract duration: 62 months Deadlines: - work execution duration - 24 months from the date specified in the Order to Commence Works. - duration for the reception procedure upon completion of works – 2 months. - duration for the warranty period for defect rectification for works that appear during the warranty period – minimum 36 months from the date of reception upon completion of works.
