Servicii de suport tehnic pentru 14 licenţe Oracle Internet Application Server Enterprise Edition – Processor Perpetual: 16 trimestre de prestare; 2. Servicii de suport tehnic pentru 29 licenţe Oracle Database Enterprise Edition – Processor Perpetual: 16 trimestre de prestare; 3. Servicii de suport tehnic pentru 2600 licenţe Oracle Human Resources – Employee Perpetual: 16 trimestre de prestare; 4. Servicii de suport tehnic pentru 2800 licenţe Oracle Learning Management – Trainee Perpetual: 16 trimestre de prestare; 5. Servicii de suport tehnic pentru 2600 licenţe Oracle Time and Labor – Employee Perpetual: 16 trimestre de prestare; 6. Servicii de suport tehnic pentru Oracle Linux si Oracle Virtual Machine pentru 5 servere fizice cu 2 procesoare care utilizează mai mult de 2 masini virtuale: 16 trimestre de prestare; 19. Servicii de suport tehnic pentru Oracle Linux pentru 3 servere fizice cu 2 procesoare care nu utilizează virtualizarea: 16 trimestre de prestare 20. Servicii de suport tehnic pentru 1 licenţa Oracle Web Tier - Processor Perpetual: 16 trimestre de prestare. II. Servicii de asistenta tehnica si mentenanta la cerere, care nu sunt incluse in serviciile de suport tehnic standard de la pct. I pentru Oracle, cuantificate in om-zile (om-ore) – in limita a 500 om x zile (echivalent 4000 om x ore). Timpul de raspuns la incidente, functie de severitate este conform pct. 7 din Caietul de sarcini. Serviciile se vor derula, la sediul CNE Cernavoda, unde este situata intreaga platforma Oracle si care asigura functionarea produselor Oracle pentru toate entitatile SNN S.A. Pentru prestarea serviciilor de asistenta tehnica si mentenanta la cerere, Prestatorul va asigura o echipa de experti, care va indeplini conditiile minime de la pct. 4.2 din Caietul de sarcini. Detalierea activităților solicitate și caracteristicile tehnice și de performanță ale serviciilor se regăsesc în Caietul de sarcini CR#45787 Rev. 01.
