The subject of the procurement consists of providing specialized services for periodic maintenance, current repairs, unforeseen repairs, technical checks and maintaining in working order of the fountains and public drinking water fountains in Sector 2, including the supply of materials and parts necessary for their execution, in order to ensure continuous operation, operational safety and conservation of urban heritage. Thus, in order to carry out these services properly and efficiently, it is necessary to conclude a Framework Agreement, which includes the following types of services: Activities included in the specialized services: Periodic maintenance – will be carried out monthly depending on the type of installation and will include: • Cleaning of basins, nozzles, grates, filters; • Checking the tightness of water networks and electrical circuits; • Adjustment and calibration of pumps, sensors, valves, control panels; • Water treatment with authorized solutions for hygiene and prevention of limescale deposits. Current and unforeseen repairs • Interventions to remedy malfunctions identified by the beneficiary or reported by the provider; • Replacement of pumps, networks, electrical/electronic or ornamental equipment; • Repair of damaged circuits (electrical, hydraulic); • Cost estimates will be drawn up for each work, which requires the prior approval of the contracting authority. Technical and functional checks • Periodic functional tests; • Checking pressure, flow rate, tightness and water quality; • Electrical and hydraulic tests upon commissioning and after repairs.
