Obiectul achiziției îl reprezintă achiziția de distrugătoare HDD, SSD, CD, DVD și benzi magnetice. Obiectivul specific urmărit prin prezenta achiziție este colectarea, distrugerea și eliminarea într-un timp cât mai scurt a componentelor IT precum și a altor produse similare vor conduce la desfășurarea în bune condiții a activității ministerului precum și la diminuarea riscurilor privitoare la siguranța informațiilor pe care aceste dispozitive le pot conține. Cerințele tehnice se regăsesc in Sectiunea II -Caietul de sarcini, parte a documentației de atribuire din SEAP.
