Within the procedure, supervision services will be procured for the works of extension and modernization of the building, interior compartmentalization, rehabilitation of installations, specific finishes, equipping with specific medical equipment, to bring the space up to current standards. The works of the project for the investment object will be carried out by achieving the following specific objectives:  Separation of circulation within the operating block by defining a "clean" corridor for the access of sterile instruments and operating medical personnel, and creating a neutral/dirty corridor for the access of technical maintenance personnel and waste evacuation;  total control of natural light and thermal transfer in the operating rooms, in order to ensure efficient specific ventilation (which is not influenced by convection generated by solar radiation), elimination of parasitic "glare" on medical instruments and ensuring focused lighting on the operating field;  reconfiguration of adjacent spaces and functions, in accordance with current specific requirements;  ensuring the minimum regulated surfaces for the functional spaces within the operating block;  carrying out an extension D+P+2 levels which will include an evacuation staircase in case of danger and the necessary technical spaces/related to the operating block.  The Blood Transfusion Unit (UTS) will be moved from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor of the building, between axes L-N and 3-8. To satisfy these circuits, the project proposes: a perimeter walkway, walkways through the two light wells, a new construction/extension, with an evacuation staircase, an intervention elevator and technical spaces related to the operating block, the constructive arrangement of the operating rooms, the complete equipping and furnishing of the intervention rooms in stages so as to allow the operation of a minimum required number of 5 rooms during the execution of the works; "In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is a maximum of 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers, and the deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is the 12th day before the deadline for submitting offers, according to the provisions of art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to make modifications to the contract, according to the provisions of art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions."
