Cheltuieli conexe organizării șantierului 34.446,35 TOTAL EXECUȚIE 8.298.909,16 VALOAREA ESTIMATA PENTRU ETAPA 2-CLAUZA SUSPENSIVA: Capitolul bugetar din cadrul proiectului VALOARE (fără T.V.A.) 1.2. Amenajarea terenului 7.433,77 1.3. Amenajari pentru protectia mediului si aducerea la starea initiala 5.575,33 1.4. Cheltuieli pentru relocarea/protecția utilităților 14.987,54 2. Valoarea estimata astfel cum a fost determinata nu cuprinde Cheltuieli diverse și neprevăzute. (Devizul general prevede la cap. V Alte cheltuieli, pct, 5.3 Cheltuieli diverse și neprevăzute suma de 571.551,99 lei fără TVA. Aceasta suma nu este cuprinsa în calculul valorii estimate și nu influențează pragul valoric luat în calcul pentru alegerea procedurii de atribuire astfel cum se justifica la pct.3.2. ) De asemenea, valoarea estimată a contractului nu conține sume previzionate/rezerve de implementare. Având în vedere modalitatea de implementare a contractului, operatorii economici vor prezenta propunerea financiară atât pentru valoarea totală a contractului, cât și defalcat pentru fiecare etapă în parte. Propunerea financiară va evidenția distinct prețul ofertat pentru Etapa 1, prețul ofertat pentru Etapa 2 și prețul total ofertat, reprezentând suma celor două componente. Prețul total ofertat va cuprinde toate lucrările care fac obiectul procedurii de atribuire, inclusiv lucrările aferente Etapei 2, chiar dacă executarea acesteia este supusă condiției suspensive privind asigurarea finanțării.
