Pentru demararea procedurii de achizitie a consumabilelor pentru pacientii de Tip 1 aflati in evidenta noastra, pentru Sistem de monitorizare continua a glicemiei, initiate in alte Centre si avand in vedere si Ordinul presedintelui CNAS nr. 180/30.03.2022, cap IX titlu “ Programul national de diabet zaharat” subtitlul “Subprogramul de diabet zaharat tip 1”, pct. Activitatea 4 “ Bolnavii care detin din resurse proprii sisteme de monitorizare glicemica continua beneficiaza de consumabilele aferente, cu conditia ca dispozitivele medicale si consumabilele lor sa fie rambursate din Fondul national unic de asigurari de sociale de sanatate, cu respectarea indicatorilor de eficienta aferenti acestei activitati, solicitam achizitionarea de consumabile compatibile cu sistemele de monitorizare continue a glicemiei montate.” Ca urmare a faptului ca: - achizitia nu a fost inclusa in PAAP 2024 forma initiala. - s-a intocmit referatul de necesitate cu nr. 86/27.05.2024 Medic Specialist Diabet Dr. Albu Diana Coordonator PNS diabet zaharat, referat avizat DFC si aprobat de Conducerea SJUSM. - Modificarea PAAP, conform documentelor mentionate, a fost avizata de catre Consiliul de Administratie a SJUSM conform Hotararii nr. 9 din data de 31.05.2024.
