Achiziția publică este structurată sub forma unui contract unic de furnizare produse cu servicii și operațiuni cu titlu accesoriu (montaj, instalare, punere în funcțiune, testare și instruire personal), derulat independent de alte inițiative ale Achizitorului. Soluția tehnică propusă, fundamentată pe baza Proiectului Tehnic nr. SMT166/2026 elaborat de proiectantul S.C. SERV & MANAGEMENT TELECOM S.R.L., vizează execuția următoarelor activități contractuale principale: – Demontarea a 304 aparate de iluminat existente, a 304 console și a 608 elemente/sisteme de prindere; – Furnizarea și montarea a 409 aparate de iluminat LED: 323 bucăți de 30 W și 86 bucăți de 60 W; – Furnizarea și montarea a 409 console și a 818 elemente de prindere; – Furnizarea, instalarea și configurarea a 409 controlere pentru telegestiune, precum și a platformei software aferente; • Modernizarea punctelor de aprindere prin demontarea a 2 puncte existente și instalarea a 2 puncte de aprindere noi, echipate cu echipamente inteligente pentru măsură, comandă și achiziție de date. • Servicii conexe: Instruirea unui număr de 6 persoane din cadrul personalului autorității contractante pentru operarea, programarea fluxului luminos (dimming) și mentenanța de rutină a sistemului software.
