Se vor achizitiona 300 de tone de bitum fierbinte pentru drumuri tip D50/70, conform prescriptiilor tehnice in vigoare. Durata contractului este de pana la 31.12.2026, cu posibilitatea de prelungire cu pana la maxim 4 luni si/sau suplimentarea cantitatii de produse cu pana la maxim 10% din valoarea contractului fara TVA. Suplimentarile sunt conditionate de existenta resurselor financiare alocate cu aceasta destinatie. Valoarea estimata este exprimata sub forma de interval 990.000 – 1.089.000 lei fara TVA. Valoarea inferioara a intervalului de 990.000 lei fara TVA reprezinta valoarea la care se vor raporta si evalua ofertele, fiind valoarea totala a contractului fara eventualele suplimentari. Va exista posibilitatea prelungirii contractului cu pana la maxim 4 luni si/sau suplimentarii cantitatii de produse cu pana la maxim 10% din valoarea contractului fara TVA, respectiv 99.000 lei fara TVA, rezultand valoarea superioada a intervalului de 1.089.000 lei fara TVA, care reprezinta valoarea totala a contractului plus suplimentari. Livrarile se vor realiza numai pe baza de comanda ferma, fara ca autoritatea contractanta sa se oblige la achizitionarea intregii cantitati. Plata se va realiza cu OP la maxim 60 de zile de la comunicarea facturii fiscale in e-factura (SPV) conform Codului Fiscal.
