Original language: roIn cadrul prezentei achiziții DEER SA dorește achiziția de stâlpi din lemn impregnați pentru liniile electrice aeriene proprietatea DEER - pentru cele 3 regiuni (unităţi teritoriale): Transilvania Nord, Transilvania Sud, Muntenia Nord (conform specificatiilor prezentatate in caietul de sarcini), aceste produse fiind folosite in construcția liniilor electrice aeriene, respectiv pentru execuţia lucrărilor de intervenţie care au ca scop înlăturarea efectelor cauzate de incidente / deranjamente sau a deficientelor constatate cu ocazia controalelor efectuate in instalaţiile electrice, care pot conduce la incidente/deranjamente cu întreruperea alimentarii cu energie electrica la utilizatori. Achizitionarea stalpilor din lemn ajuta la punerea in aplicare a prevederilor legii energiei electrice si a gazelor naturale nr. 123/2012, privind asigurarea energiei electrice si a Standardului de performanta pentru serviciul de distributie a energiei electrice aprobat prin Ordinul ANRE nr.11/2016. Cantitati minime si maxime aferente Acordului cadru/ Contractului subsecvent: Se va încheia un Acord Cadru, pe o perioadă de 2 ani; - Cantitatea minimă aferenta Acordului Cadru - conform Anexa 1 la Caietul de sarcini; - Cantitatea maxima aferenta Acordul Cadru - conform Anexa 1 la Caietul de sarcini; - Frecventa de încheiere Contracte subsecvente: trimestrial (in functie de necesitati) , deci minim 1 - maxim 3 contracte subsecvente/ trimestru; - Cantitatea minimă aferenta unui contract subsecvent - conform Anexa 1 la Caietul de sarcini; - Cantitatea maxima aferenta celui mai mare contract subsecvent - conform Anexa 1 la Caietul de sarcini;
