Description

Autoritatea contractantă intenționează să achiziționeze Servicii lunare de suport, asistență tehnică și mentenanță preventivă și corectivă software SEAP pentru o perioadă de 48 luni și Servicii de mentenanță evolutivă software SEAP (servicii de dezvoltare software SEAP) în cuantum de 80.000 ore-om pe durata de 48 de luni a acordului cadru. Pe durata de 48 de luni a acordului-cadru se estimează încheierea a minim 10 de contracte subsecvente și a maxim 24 de contracte subsecvente. Pe durata acordului cadru se estimează încheierea de contracte subsecvente având ca obiect, astfel: 1. Servicii de suport, asistență tehnică, mentenanță preventivă și corectivă SEAP, sub formă de abonament lunar, prestate pe luni calendaristice ce pot fi prestate astfel: PE DURATA ÎNTREGULUI ACORD CADRU se estimează - cantitate minimă – servicii prestate minim 1 lună calendaristică, pe bază de abonament lunar; - cantitate maximă – servicii prestate maxim 48 de luni calendaristice, pe bază de abonament lunar. PE DURATA UNUI CONTRACT SUBSECVENT se estimează realizarea de servicii lunare de mentenanță preventivă și corectivă, sub formă de abonament lunar echivalent unei luni calendaristice - cantitate minimă – servicii de suport, asistență tehnică, mentenanță preventivă și corectivă SEAP prestate în cadrul unui contract subsecvent pentru minim 1 lună calendaristică, pe bază de abonament lunar; - cantitate maximă – servicii de suport, asistență tehnică, mentenanță preventivă și corectivă SEAP prestate în cadrul unui contract subsecvent pentru maxim 12 luni calendaristice, pe bază de abonament lunar. 2. Servicii de mentenanță evolutivă, la cerere, ce pot fi prestate astfel: PE DURATA ÎNTREGULUI ACORD CADRU se estimează încheierea de contracte subsecvente având ca obiect Servicii de mentenanță evolutivă, la cerere pentru dezvoltări software ce necesită: - efort tehnic de specialitate de minim 1.000 ore-om; - efort tehnic de specialitate de maxim 80.000 ore-om. PE DURATA UNUI CONTRACT SUBSECVENT se estimează realizarea de Servicii de mentenanță evolutivă, la cerere, pentru dezvoltări software ce necesită: - efort tehnic de specialitate de minim 1.000 ore-om la nivelul unui contract subsecvent; - efort tehnic de specialitate de maxim 40.000 ore-om la nivelul unui contract subsecvent;
