Original language: roOfertantul care va fi declarat câștigător are obligația de a realiza produsele software necesare functionarii corecte a sistemului de videointerfonie conectat la internet, si să livreze pachetul software, firmware si aplicatiile iOS si Android pentru functionarea componentelor sistemului, asa cum sunt descrise in caietul de sarcini. Ofertantul care va fi declarat câștigător va trebui să respecte cerințele minimale precizate în caietul de sarcini, urmând ca orice deviație sau abatere să fie analizată împreună cu autoritatea contractantă, și va fi implementată numai după ce se obține acordul acesteia. Rezultatele serviciilor solicitate prin caietul de sarcini și contractate în urma admiterii ofertei tehnico-financiare evaluate, trebuie finalizate intr-un termen de 180 de zile de la data intrarii in vigoare a contractului, cu excepția ultimei etape de teste finale și remedieri, care se va finaliza în perioada ianuarie-mai 2027, conform activităților din proiectul cu fonduri europene prin care se finanțează contractul. Prelungirea acestui termen este posibilă numai cu acceptul ELECTRA SRL. Componentele firmware, software si aplicatiile cerute prin prezentul caiet de sarcini vor fi prestate și livrate în etape, la termenele descrise în caietul de sarcini - cap 16. NU este acceptată ofertarea partiala pentru serviciile solicitate. Număr de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
