Scopul prezentei proceduri de atribuire este acela de a achiziționa servicii de asistență tehnică și mentenanță software pentru asigurarea menținerii în parametrii optimi de funcționare a Sistemului de Interoperabilitate Tehnologică cu Statele Membre UE (denumit în continuare SITUE), precum și pentru dezvoltarea de noi funcționalități.
