Framework agreement 4 years - Current maintenance works - Maintenance of the carriageway, shoulders, emergency lanes and boundary lanes - DRDP-Constanta – SDN Constanta. Estimated value of the framework agreement for a period of 4 years: Maximum framework agreement value – 28,060,208.00 lei without VAT, Minimum framework agreement value – 5,612,041.60 lei without VAT. Frequency and value of contracts to be awarded: minimum 1 subsequent contract. Value of the smallest subsequent contract: 701,505.20 lei without VAT. Value of the largest subsequent contract: 7,015,052.00 lei without VAT. The minimum and maximum quantities for the framework agreement, as well as the minimum and maximum estimated quantities for a subsequent contract, are found as Annexes to the award documentation/specifications. A. According to art. 160 para. 1 of Law 98/2016, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications/additional information regarding the Award Documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. B. According to the obligation provided for in art. 160 para. 2 of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority will respond clearly and concretely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline set for submitting offers. Any clarification request submitted after the date mentioned in point A) will make it impossible for the contracting authority to provide a response within the timeframe mentioned in point B) and consequently any clarification request within the mentioned deadlines will be considered late. C. Any clarification request submitted after the date mentioned in point A will make the CA unable to provide a response and consequently will be considered LATE. D. Any clarification request must be sent in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
