Description

Obiectul acestui contract îl reprezintă achiziția publică de servicii de proiectare, asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului pe parcursul execuției lucrărilor și execuție lucrări aferente obiectivului de investitii “CENTRU MULTIMODAL AUTOBUZE ELECTRICE”, oraș Chitila, județ Ilfov, SMIS 353265, de către personal autorizat, in conformitate cu prevederile documentatiei de atribuire. Contractul are ca obiect următoarele activități, conform caietului de sarcini: a) Proiectare lucrari și asistență tehnică; b) Execuție lucrări; Valoarea estimată a achiziției este de 26.251.980,00 lei fără TVA, conform devizului general al investiției, din care servicii de proiectare, inclusiv certificarea performantei energetice in valoare de 627000.00 lei, fara TVA, asistenta tehnica in valoare de 92000.00 lei, fara TVA, si executie lucrari in valoare de 25532980.00 lei, fara TVA. Cheltuieli care nu sunt incluse in valoarea estimată a achiziției: Cheltuieli diverse si neprevăzute: 1.323.780,00 lei fără TVA. Cheltuieli aferente marjei de buget: 2.738.300,00 lei fara TVA. Cheltuieli pentru constituirea rezervei de implementare pentru ajustarea de preț: 1.315.080,00 lei fara TVA Durata de executie contractului în luni: 20 luni din care durata de execuție a lucrărilor: 14 luni. Perioada de garantie acordata lucrărilor este de minim 36 luni.
